eins - Magic Lift

Eins Energy in Saxony is the leading communal energy provider in Chemnitz and its surroundings. The company supplies ca. 400.000 private households and commercial clients with natural gas, electricity, heating and cooling systems, water and similar energy services.

The story: While taking an adventurous ride in an elevator to ´eins´- customer service, a father and his two little kids learn about the most important aspects of the company. Some of the members of staff become the main actors of the film. Under professional guidance they develop the screenplay. Making a film with amateurs and putting the escalator scenes and open air shooting together was a big challenge.
