GDF Suez Energy

The construction of the Suez Canal is a milestone in the history of GDF Suez. Today the company is the biggest independent electricity provider worldwide. In Germany the French company holds a stake in the generation of electricity, in regional energy supply and the sales of electricity, gas and energy services.

In the context of an information campaign the film conceives a portrait of the enterprise and three films about the power stations Farge, Pfreimnd and Zolling, 45 min altogether. The main objective is to give detailed insight into the generation of energy from gas, coal and water. The films illustrate and explain all relevant processes and functions of energy generation like flue gas cleaning of coal or turbo charging of pump storage machines for water.
